Entre lluvias y prisas se me ha ido casi medio mes de abril sin darme cuenta. Tan rápido ha sido todo que hasta el día 15 se pasó sin que os hablara del último UFO terminado.
Se trata de un diseño de Blackbird Designs llamado Evergreen Lane que terminé como recordatorio del nacimiento de mi hijo. Cambié casi todos los colores originales de Crescent Colours y Gentle Arts por sus equivalentes de DMC. Se me ocurrió hacer un alfiletero grande porque nunca tengo suficientes, la verdad.
Por la parte de atrás decidí unir varias telas jugando con un par de colores para hacer una suerte de patchwork vertical. Tuve algún problemilla porque no tomé en cuenta el medio centímetro de costura de la pieza bordada y luego me sobró tela. Pero pude "arreglarlo".

Por último, detalle del nombre y la fecha que sí lleva el hilo matizado de GA, aunque en color verde en lugar de rojo.
